We start with caramel gelato that is tastefully salted with the finest sea salt from the Big Sur Salts. Then we add family made caramel from Le Caramel to complete this gooey masterpiece!
Our mint chip ice cream is made with the perfect combination milk, sugar, and mint that is amplified with bittersweet chocolate flecks mixed in throughout, sandwiched between two chocolate chip cookies made locally in San Luis Obispo.
